SFB/TRR393 : Trajectories of Affective Disorders

The workflow relies primarily on two main data sources:

• PID 1401
• PID 1288

Participants are first selected from PID 1401.

The following conditions must be satisfied:

• hc_mr and mdd_mr contain the entry 11114.
• Zuweisungsalternative 4 is selected.
• The participant (Proband) is not present in PID 13338 (A04).

Metadata from PID 1288 is then added to each participant:

• MRT_kontraindikationen
• MT Einschlusskriterium

The participant is then forwarded to:

• A04 – Event 1 (telefonscreening_arm_1)
• A corresponding Zuweisung entry on PID 1401

When the required steps for the Teilprojekteinschluss‑Hooks are completed, the participant data is forwarded to PID 1401 (as shown in the figure).
