SFB/TRR393 : Trajectories of Affective Disorders

This workflow uses four primary data sources:

• PID1401

Participants are initially selected from PID 1401.

The following conditions must be satisfied:

• hc_mr and mdd_mr contain the entry 11116.
• Zuweisungsalternative 6 is selected.
• The participant (Proband) is not present in PID 1340 (A06).

After enrichment, the participant is forwarded to:

• A06 – PID 1340 – Event 1 (telefonscreening_arm_1)
• PID 1506, 1517, 1518
• A corresponding Zuweisung entry on PID 1401

When the required steps for the Teilprojekteinschluss‑Hooks are completed, the participant data is forwarded to PID 1401 (as shown in the figure).
