SFB/TRR393 : Trajectories of Affective Disorders

This workflow uses four primary data sources:

• PID1401

Participants are initially selected from PID 1401.

The following conditions must be satisfied:

• hc_mr and mdd_mr contain the entry 11127.
• The participant (Proband) is not present in:
  • * B01
  • * B03
  • * B05
  • * B07

After validation, the participant is forwarded to:

• B07 – PID 1347 – Event 1 (telefonscreening_arm_1)
• A corresponding Zuweisung entry on PID 1401

When the required steps for the Teilprojekteinschluss‑Hooks are completed, the participant data is forwarded to PID 1401 (as shown in the figure).
