Why doesn't my password work?
- If your account access does not work, please check your browser settings
- It may be that the first password is automatically retrieved and sent, whereby it is no longer up to date
- delete the old browser log
- If this does not solve the problem, please contact the responsible service staff member at pams@tu-dresden.de
- You may also have the problem that your account was automatically blocked because you entered the password incorrectly several times
- This can be resolved after a short correspondence by e-mail
- If there are still failed login attempts, you will be forwarded to the IT administrator responsible
